D\u2019aqu\u00ed que, de vegades, tinguem la sensaci\u00f3 de no tenir forces i, d\u2019altres, correm a gastar-les.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">Cada vegada \u00e9s m\u00e9s habitual que alguns mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, llibres i comentaris de persones apuntin cap al terreny de les energies dels \u00e9ssers humans, tot i que el tema ve de molt\u00edssims anys enrere, perqu\u00e8 ja eren conegudes les emanacions energ\u00e8tiques dels \u00e9ssers vius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">Segons es diu, alliberem m\u00e9s energia quan experimentem sentiments potents, siguin dels dos extrems, com l\u2019amor i l\u2019odi, o dels d\u2019entremig, que formen tot un ventall de manifestacions de diversa intensitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">Els experts en aquesta mat\u00e8ria parlen de quatre sentiments b\u00e0sics dispersadors de l\u2019energia humana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">El primer \u00e9s la por: sempre tenim por per alguna cosa, ja des de petits. El segon \u00e9s la culpa, culpa per tot, encara que sigui per deixar el gat a la galeria. El tercer \u00e9s l\u2019aferrament: ens adherim a les persones que estimem o amb qui convivim, a una afecci\u00f3, a uns estudis, a un partit pol\u00edtic o simplement a una idea, a tot all\u00f2 que ens dona seguretat. I, per \u00faltim, hi ha el sentiment d\u2019indignaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">Pel que fa a la indignaci\u00f3, es pot manifestar com a enuig, r\u00e0bia, f\u00faria, despit o viol\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">Tot aix\u00f2 ja ho sab\u00edem per la nostra experi\u00e8ncia de vida, per\u00f2 el que potser desconeix\u00edem \u2014perqu\u00e8 no ho podem veure i ens passava de llarg\u2014 era que aquests sentiments desprenen energia, una energia que sembla escapar-se cap a indrets que ignorem, com una for\u00e7a subtil que abandona el nostre camp sense saber ben b\u00e9 qui o qu\u00e8 la recull. A vegades es transforma en aliment del conflicte entre persones; d\u2019altres, queda la sensaci\u00f3 que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que podem explicar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">I quan aquesta collita \u00e9s m\u00e9s abundant \u00e9s en els moments en qu\u00e8 ens trobem m\u00e9s fora de lloc, m\u00e9s alterats per altres persones o per aquests quatre sentiments esmentats: la por, la culpa, l\u2019aferrament i la indignaci\u00f3. La hist\u00f2ria antiga i moderna \u00e9s plena d\u2019aquests exemples que sovint no ens aturem a pensar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 110%;\">Aquest \u00e9s un tema dif\u00edcil de demostrar; potser nom\u00e9s el podem con\u00e8ixer mitjan\u00e7ant la intu\u00efci\u00f3.
